The Reflection Room is a quiet, self-guided experience designed to support nervous system regulation through presence, environment, and gentle reflection. This is not therapy. There is nothing to fix, achieve, or work through. You are invited to arrive as you are, move at your own pace, and use simple supports—rest, warmth, movement, or stillness—as your body needs. If and when words feel helpful, optional guided reflection and AI-supported prompts are available to gently accompany you. If and when movement feels necessary, The Reflection Room FLOW video is available to guide and allow the body to gently move in the ways it knows how. Gentle movement can help release, integrate and bring clarity to what surfaced during reflection. You remain in control at all times. You can pause, continue, or end the experience whenever you choose.
